Working out with Terrance has been great! He, like David, is truly interested in helping those of us who want to work out and get in better shape. Yes, they are in the business to make money but they provide great services; bootcamps, personal training and nutrition planning] for a very reasonable fee.
I started with their bootcamps and then hired him as my personal trainer. What separates Terrance and David from other trainers, is their ability to bring the "workouts" to you. You can workout in your home or your apartment gym if you don't have a gym membership.
My results have been phenomenal: last year I lost 22 pounds in 3 months! I then had to stop training due to the cost of building a new house. This February I noticed that I was gaining some of the weight back so I called Terrance and started workouts again 2 weeks ago. To date, I have already lost 6.5 pounds!!

This boot camp is awesome! I have been to other boot camps that had too many people, shake and bake exercises and zero flexibility with fitness level and class schedules. David really gears the classes to fit all levels. He also changes up the routine - I've been going for a month and each class is different. It's a challenging class and I'm definitely seeing results. I can't say enough good things about Out Right Fitness

Terrence is awesome! I am amazed at how he's able to bring his professional football experience into my workouts because I didn't think I was athletic enough. What I enjoyed the most was the speed drills, and the strength endurance stations. I had to buy new pants!

David is absolutely amazing! Not only do I feel like I am getting personal training for only $10 a class, I really enjoy doing it. I told him I hate running and, instead of chastising me as being the best way to lose fat (like some other trainers), he said "OK, we'll find some options". Don't get me wrong, we still run, but he breaks it up so I'm not running all day long.
David truly is dedicated to helping his clients, not making a ton of money. In fact, his Saturday class is free! You can tell he cares because he remembers everyone's names, send us supportive text messages, and varies the workouts for every level of fitness. He is now offering meal plan assistance.
If you are someone who needs a gentle push, David is your guy!
