Q: Why should I join your boot camp?
A:  Like many others you are tired of the same old step class, kick boxing, and
aerobics classes offered by most health clubs.  You dislike overcrowded gyms,
waiting in line for treadmills and elliptical machines.  You enjoy the outdoors,
the fresh air, sunlight, and the scenery.  Because you know how important it is
to introduce your muscles to new exercises and movements, and because our
program is challenging and it helps you get results!

Q:  What kind of results can I expect?
A:  You can expect slow fat loss and muscle toning over a minimum of
3-6months.  By changing your diet and attending 4-5 weekly boot camp
classes or personal training sessions you can expect to lose inches and
increase muscle definition.  We don't believe in promoting a "get fit quick"
program, so yes, progress will be gradual and only achieved through
dedication and hard work.  Just know that in that in the meantime you'll build
relationships, have fun, and enjoy fitness as a lifestyle.

Q:  Do I have to buy a certain amount of sessions or is there a
contract?
A:  For personal training we require a minimum purchase of 6 sessions.  For
fitness boot camps you may purchase one class at $15 or 12 at $10 per class.
Purchased sessions must be used within 45 days unless you have made
arraignments with your trainer.

Q:  Do I have to register every time or can I just "drop-in"?
A:  For our Fitness Boot Camps and youth camps you must register via our
online calendar.  There you can schedule and re-schedule your classes.
Online Calendar    For Personal training just email the selected trainer.

Q:  What kind of shape do I need to be in to participate in your fitness
camps?
A:  If you or your child is under the care of a Physician, you or your child will
need clearance prior to participating in any of our programs.  Next, you should
be able to jog for at least 2 minutes, bend at the knees while bearing your
body weight, and be free of injury.

Q:  What do I need to bring?

A:  Water and weather appropriate workout attire.  Thats it!  We provide you
with all the workout equipment you'll need.  Regarding attire, in cold weather
please wear some on your head, gloves, double socks, and thermals.  In hot
conditions, wear a hat and bring a towel.

Q:  How many days per week should I train?

A:  It depends on your current workout schedule.  If your a regular runner, you
may only need to cross train 1-2 days per week.  If you current don't have a
exercise routine you need to train 3-5 days per week.  If you are unable to
afford to workout as frequent as you'd like, some of our locations offer free
workouts on some Saturdays.

Q:  Do I have to register and pay online?
A:  If you are unable to register online just call your selected trainer for the
boot camp you're wanting to attend or personal training session.  You may pay
in person.

Q:  Do I have to be a pay pal member to purchase services or products
online?
A:  No, you don't need a pay pal account to make purchases online.

Q:  What if it rains?
A:  It depends on the severity.  In case of light rain, your trainer may have an
alternate workout location, so if you're scheduled to workout on a rainy day,
your trainer will be in contact with you.

Q:  Can I start in the middle of the month?  If I do, does my program
start from there?
A:  You may start in the middle of the month!  We don't have start or end
dates because we aren't a "get fit quick" program, we teach and implement
fitness as a lifestyle, so our camps are ongoing!!

Q:  When I run my knees ache behind the knee cap, whats wrong? OR I
feel a tingling sensation in my fingers when my arm is bent, what could
it be?
A:  A fitness trainer is not a Physical therapist, chiropractor, spine specialist
etc...Trainers specialize in helping you lose weight, increase strength,
cardiovascular capacity, improve flexibility , and improve sports related
performances.  Legally, we cannot diagnose your symptoms and prescribe
you with a course of action.  Don't take a trainers lack of knowledge on
spondylolisthesis as a sign he or she is an inadequate fitness trainer.
