The "boot camp" concept originally derived from our US Armed forces basic training. "Soldiers
in training" didn't get in shape by going to spin class or by doing step aerobics, they did it by
using the terrain, hills and all. They used the hot and the cold environment of the outdoors.
They motivated each other as a TEAM, they held each other accountable as a TEAM, and
together they SUCCEEDED and YOU CAN as well.
This basic concept is being replicated, group style exercise program involving resistance training,
cardiovascular training, and nutrition minus the militant attitude.
Our group style exercise program is co-ed and they take place all over Austin Texas.

Out Right Fitness takes the basic "boot camp" concept and increases its effectiveness innovative
exercises and most importantly client longevity.
With our camps your equipment is provided for you, so you just show up with running shoes, water, towel
and a can-do attitude.
Our personal trainers have a non-militant approach to fitness camps.
Our motto is: "we're here to build you up, not break you down."

#1 Most importantly to be physically active. Exercise is all about causing a dramatic superficial change,
exercising at the proper intensity affects your internal composition as well as your mental/emotional health.
#2 Out Right Fitness Boot Camps effectively utilizes the outdoor environment in combination with
resistance and weight training equipment to give you the best fat burning, muscle building workout you will
experience.
#3 When people want to lose weight in a timely manner or reduce fat, they resort to a personal trainer.
Through Boot Camps you are able to train with your very own personal trainer at a fraction of the cost vs one
on one training at your local health club.
#4 Because you want to train outside of a box, also know as gym. And BOOT CAMPS works.

The frequency of your attendance depends on your fitness goals, personal habits and financial budget.
If your goal is to lose 15 or more pounds of body fat and you are the type of person that most likely will
not exercise on your own, then you need to attend boot camp classes as frequent as possible.
If you are a current athlete, marathoner, tri-athlete, or otherwise, then you're probably wanting to add
some spice to your normal training routine and 1-2 visits of boot camp per week will meet your goals.
You may even be a person who wants to lose 15 or more pounds, but you can workout on your own if
someone holds you accountable. In this case, 2-3 visits per week will do.
